How Do We Deliver?
We begin preparing and shipping your order after it has been confirmed and the required prepayment has been received.
We provide international delivery from Japan to countries in Europe, Asia, North and South America, the Middle East, and other regions.
Delivery time and cost are calculated individually and depend on the destination country, order volume, product type, and selected shipping method.
Delivery may be arranged by sea, air, or land transport. The most suitable option can be discussed with our manager.
Please note: we do not deliver to the Russian Federation.
How Can I Pay for My Order?
After receiving your request, our manager will:
check product availability;
calculate the delivery cost;
clarify possible customs fees and import duties;
prepare and send you a pro forma invoice.
To confirm the order, a prepayment of 50% of the total order value is required, unless other terms have been agreed separately.
Payment is made by bank transfer using the details specified in the invoice. Available payment options can also be discussed with our manager.
Customs fees, import duties, and taxes in the destination country are paid by the buyer, unless otherwise stated in the agreement or invoice.
